  The lady who owns the shop is very rude and just sat in the corner of the shop watching all of the children as they looked at the toys and then came rushing over to us when our 18 month year old grabbed one of the toys which was £4 and put it in her mouth for a few seconds without us being aware, the shop owner then said to us "it was chewing the toy (calling my daughter an it!) are you going to pay for it this is my shop and I pay for the bears" if the bears are that important to you then place them higher not on racks that are within children's reach. I left the shop feeling extremely upset being spoken to in the way she spoke to us and will never be returning and advise anybody with small children also not to.

  Rude staff. Member of staff pushed in front of me to stand in the way of the bears I was looking at as though frightened I might run out the door with them all. Not impressed and won't be returning.
